Big Heart Moving runs moves around Greater Houston, TX and long-distance relocations out of Houston. Everything depends on availability and scheduling, and any number you see on the website is a starting estimate that can change once we walk through your belongings in person or on video.
Asking for a quote
Sending a quote request through the site does not lock either of us into anything. A real agreement only exists once both sides sign a written estimate or bill of lading before move day. Every estimate is free and carries no obligation.
Your part
When you request a quote or book, give us accurate, complete details, your current address, where you are going, an honest rundown of what is being moved, and any access catch at either end (stairs, elevators, long carries, tight parking).
Liability
Big Heart Moving carries the full liability and cargo coverage the regulations require. The specifics, your valuation choices, and how claims work are spelled out in writing with your estimate and on your bill of lading before the truck moves.
